The training for youth and social workers has been a priority for the Contact-2103 members since the creation of the association in 1998. Some of our member organisations develop themselves training modules and others do it externally. A Contact-2103 workshop on training gather regularly together in order to build bridges, to exchange on practices and to set up concrete action plan.
La formation à l’animation a toujours été une priorité pour les membres de Contact-2103 depuis la création de l’association en 1998. Certaines associations membres développent des modules de formation et d’autres les organisent en coopération avec des organismes extérieurs. Un groupe de travail « formation Contact-2103» se réunit régulièrement pour établir des passerelles, échanger sur les pratiques et mettre en place des actions concrètes.
